We are family owned and operated and extend our tradition of family to family service.
Neil Laird is the third owner and president of the company, following in the traditions of his father Ray and his grandfather George. He is committed to the same values that have built and maintained the company over the last 70 years. Values that place the customer first.

Our first location was on Laird Drive in Toronto, and although not named after the Laird family the street was a creative coincidence. George bought 121 Laird Dr. and took on the phone number 416 421 2121, becoming Lairds on Laird. From this location he ran the oil business, delivering heating oil and providing service to homes in Toronto.
Laird and Son trucks were a familiar sight in every neighbourhood. As one of the leading cooling and heating contractors in Toronto, the company teamed with Lennox industries and has now become the oldest independent Lennox dealer in Canada.

We service and install boilers and radiant heat, service and install gas furnaces and air conditioners. We install gas, electric and oil fired water heaters, tankless water heaters and combination boilers that provide hydronic heating and domestic hot water with one unit.
Laird & Son Fuels Ltd. still delivers oil and services oil burners. We convert oil heated homes to gas and specialize in servicing older homes. We provide service to new homes and are experts in conditioning renovations and additions.
Service Agreements & Annual Maintenance Agreements
Laird & Son Heating & Air Conditioning installs ductless air conditioners in homes that have no ductwork or to supplement areas that receive inadequate cooling from the central air conditioning system. We provide service and annual maintenance agreements. We have moved from Laird Dr. and now service the entire GTA as the heating and cooling specialist Toronto has always recognized!

Neil Laird assures that his staff and technicians have the best training and licensing. He believes in being compliant with codes, workplace safety and bylaws. His company is Metro licensed, TSSA registered, and he is an HRAI member. His company is WSIB compliant and has liability insurance. He holds his employees accountable for behaviour and cleanliness and drop sheets are used on all jobs and plastic booties on work boots to keep your residence clean.
