Viessmann
Viessmann is a family owned German manufacturer who produces the finest boilers. Every component of the boiler is made within the company providing the highest quality control environment. Navien
Laird and Son have installed Navien tankless water heaters since 2006. These units have a stainless steel heat exchanger which is unique to Navien. The result is higher efficiencies and better warranties. Also unique to Navien is Comfort Flow technology where a pump and small storage tank are included in the unit. This allows the unit to stay precharged with hot water, preventing long waits at the tap and eliminating the inconvenient cold water sandwiches that result when water flow changes occur. Granby
Laird and Son began as an oil company. We are still an oil company and the furnaces and boilers we offer are serviced and installed by our own staff. Quality means comfort and the Grandby line of products (also know as Brock) are our preferred oil furnace, boiler and tank.
Most major manufacturers have reduced emphasis on oil heating while Granby has continually introduced higher efficiencies and products that meet or exceed industry standards.
